At the end of a dark, lonely lane stands the Tudor style Cheatum family home. Far from the road and hidden from sight by the overgrown vines and thorny bushes, this grand abode suffers greatly from neglect.
Once the showplace for magnificent parties and cultured guests, it now welcomes wild creatures of the night entering the many gaps in its frightful façade.
Brothers, Howie and Dewey Cheatum find their inheritance more trouble than it’s worth. As the duo sink more money into the dilapidated dwelling, hopes of a bed and breakfast are dashed as guests flee in horror at the sight of ethereal beings and strange noises coming from within. Built on the sight of an ancient Indian burial ground, this structure is no stranger to sallow specters.
As fighting between the brothers heightens, Howie not only abandons the house but also his brother, leaving Dewey to deal with angry creditors, neighbors, and visitors not of this world.
As creditors gather to discuss a future for their investments, talk of Howie’s future or lack thereof is also up for review.
